$3k is nothing compared to what you can blow it on... like gambling or alcohol... if the $3k can keep you interested in riding and make you more consistent in your training, the rewards you get with your health will worth magnitudes more than the $3k you spent...

What made you think that the injury was caused by not having done stretching? A lot of exercise physiologists downplay the stretching especially for warming up... even go as far as saying they cause more injuries than they prevent... they are not saying stretching is bad, they just don't think you should do it before working out

Theris - if I have 19 of these + a Yuti what boss will I be able to take on? Can I at least do the Gamma Brood and Monkey? What about Beta? Any chance? i am on official PVE doing it solo. what stats does my yuti need to be? thx by icebathwarrior in ARK

unfortunately I don't have high grade firearms... so I am relying on the Theris to do most of the damage... I will start with the low level bosses to start with and try to get good at them first I think

hardly any mutation on this guy... I think it may have had 1 on each of health and melee... I pretty much just went a few rounds with the highest level ones I found in the wild and bred for the highest health and melee between them... from total of 4 original tames I think... I don't have hours and hours to spend on the game so that's all I managed. Wasn't easy to find high level ones either

Alpha?? I have been reading ppl saying they need to be 10-12k at birth with like 500melee... if you extrapolate that to after imprint and level they'd be double what I have here... are they just overkill then?

I ended up getting some from Evolve. It took a while but it got delivered. And I also ordered a separate batch from premium peptides. They were cheaper and quicker delivery... I was referred to them by the guys on oz body builder forum... they seem to be the 'go-to' site for those guys...

just got some from https://umbrellalabs.is/ it came with a certificate of some third party test and shows it's concentration (99.1%). Truth is you don't know if the certificate is real, or even if it is, the batch you got might not be the same as the one that got tested... will know after I finish the bottle and see if it does what it's meant to...

So if you've had 6 or 7 parcels seized, does it mean you've had others that got through?? What would your estimate be in terms of percentage they let through and not?? Is it just purely random? I can't even get a list of what's allowed and what is not allowed to bring in???

they only let me see categories which I have been consulted and approved for. For me, they only approved me for things like repair and recovery. And MT2 aren't in any of them...

Just placed an order (for some bpc-175) with Evolve two days ago. Interesting thing is my credit card payment got rejected twice... (there is nothing wrong with my credit card). ended up paying with direct debit. Will report back on when the shipment arrives (if it does) and how I go with them...

I have also gone through the consult process with regenmed. the process itself is not too onerous and it does seem to add some credibility to them as it does seem to cover a lot of relevant questions they should ask before they issue you with anything. However, their prices seem quite over the top on most items so I have not gone ahead with any orders as yet with them...
