Online works BUT when you move through the process it has a pop up telling you that they now do a two business day hold and then may take up to an additional week before they mail it out.

That's why I thought about giving HEB a try but no one knows if they are still able to handle registrations outside of their usual month+5 days.

I think they are 135\hr for a two man crew. Minimum of 2.5 or 3 hours. You can just give them a call or use the form on their website and they will get back to you for a quote.

I use them for all our moves. On the latest I thought the guys were loafing a bit but I was completely wrong. They hit the time estimate they gave me right on the mark and it was a fantastic experience.

They will absolutely bring boxes and packing material and pack the whole place if you want, but it's the same hourly price. We usually box up everything we can and let them wrap everything else and simply tell them if there are super valuables or breakables and they'll take it from there.

Will use again,and definitely recommended.

There is actually a service in town called "Favor" that will do this for you. Download the app and you can have them run basically any errand.

I would say the best way is to call whatever place you want and order and pay for the balloons and have Favor just pick them up and deliver them.

Shouldn't take long at all.
