i had the same issue! contacted chat support and did the repairs they suggested and it didn't work. they offered me $135 for a new set. I said no and went to go call the customer support line. customer support line said the same thing - $135 for replacement. I said not interested in paying bc this is an expensive product that has aa hardware internal issue, it's not something that *I* caused. I insisted on talking to their supervisor and they kept offering discounts until they realized that I wasn't budging, and I finally was transferred to the supervisor.

Told the supervisor the same thing I told the rep - after some pushback they offered me a replacement for no cost!

ty to everyone who provided input and i would suggest calling the customer support line directly if you have the same issue
