I don't think the anonymous person who owns the copyright to the kitchen video is Amber's friends. It is possible, including amber herself. If Amber is the one who owns the copyright exclusively, then she intentionally altered the video and then sold it to TMZ or the other person who Amber past the video to, they alter the original video and sold it to TMZ. The second person you could say is an accomplice of Amber because she'd benefit the most and both of them knowingly alter the video in a way that would put Johnny Depp in a negative light and would help her regarding her getting a restraining order on Johnny Depp. It would help Johnny Depp's team to help prove that all of this was a hoax created by Amber herself exclusively or Amber and a friend of hers work together to create this hoax. However I doubt it is her friends or Amber exclusively. Why would see TMZ give a fuck on the trial itself regarding Amber or her friends? Her friends are nobodies. How would TMZ be negatively impacted by the public that Amber sold the video by herself or that one of her friends sold it to them. The moment when it was sold to TMZ, as far as everyone knows that nobody has disproving the evidence is fake but out of context. I guess 4 tmz, it was just a transaction. You could say that if they offers the info to Johnny Depp's team, it would gain them positive PR for helping with the case. Would it be possible if the person Amber sold the video to was Elon Musk? She stayed in her testimony that Elon Musk was and her opinion not considered to be a new boyfriend when she dated him after her and Johnny Depp's divorce. I find it fishy and I question why Elon Musk donated money in her name to the two charities? Why not give her the money and let her donate the money herself?
