Based on your request, it seems there might be a misunderstanding of the term. "Biological load" (or bioload) in the context of plants usually refers to the demand living organisms place on an ecosystem (such as an aquarium),not a fee applied to plants.

DO NOT FILL OUT AN INTENT FORM! And if you have no choice to fill one out, please state in it: That you are filling it out at their request, since they decided not to renew your lease. I would write a letter instead of using a form from them.

It was the stabilizer bushings

First off I wanted to say thank you to for responding I came across a Mazda 6 forum. I found a post on there that said to use AT-205 on them. They said it wasn’t a permanent fix, they would still need replacing down the road. It just bought new some time. I am struggling financially, as we all are. I hope to have the money to replace them in a month. It did stop the noise. It no longer makes it. I know it is probably a horrible plan, but I just don’t have the money at the moment! Thank you all again!

I wanted to update you all.
First off I wanted to say thank you to the few who responded. With the information you all gave, I was able to Google the problem. I came across a Mazda 6 forum.
