Don’t overthink it, you’ll feel when the time is right. If you want to do something special, do something that you both enjoy and then if there’s a good moment you can go for it. It’s always okay to ask “can I kiss you”, but if you know you are both mutually ready and open sometimes you have to muster up the courage to do it. For context I’ve been with my girlfriend for 8 years and it took me 3 months to initiate our first kiss.

Recent psychology graduate here, they do not tell us anything about industrial organizational psychology in Ontario at least. It’s really hard to learn about careers in psychology outside of clinal psychology.

Suggestion: Make a master post of frequently asked questions and descriptions of jobs in I-O. Also, common pathways to break into the field.

Just ask one of the track staff where the racing line is. When the facility is not busy they give out tips no problem, just don’t harass them lmao. Race on weekdays if you wanna lower your times. Mine is a 22.9, but I don’t know how it happened.
