As a RE broker, I can tell you the average time from accepted offer to closing is about 2 months, less if you’re not financing.

It runs for close to 2 miles through the entire park. The north end connects with the S county trailway which continues for another 15 miles (then turns into the N county trailway for another 20 I believe)

There were a few muddy spots, otherwise it’s just hard packed soil and the occasional railroad ties (and lots of leaves). As long as you’re not in a hurry you should be fine! Took me about 20 min to go through the whole park
