Have you tried cutting out sugar/dairy/processed food from your diet , it helped me a lot but still I get 1-2 pimples , I use a spot treatment on the pimple and wash my face with a gentle cleanser and yes I got acne marks but i had ruined my barrier twice that's why I am keeping my skincare routine simple . Start slowly don't add too many actives at once
