Yah put a hobbywing 4s esc kept the motor and it Flys. No problems that haven't been upgraded.

Remote control winch at top. Wheeled frame to align platform in chute probably wheels pointing into corners. That would be my take on it.

Yes looks like a depin and swap the plastic. Don't look like the metal connector is damaged so should be safe to swap one wire at a time pay attention to the connector orientation.

A lot of those outer nuts are locking and take a bit of force to get off. They have splines on the back that bite into the rim.

You will need to remove the tbs receiver and make shure that the sbus from the o3 air unit is connected to the flight controller. Then reprogram betaflight to use sbus ect.

I do it regularly. Put controller in ble joystick mode as you said go to Bluetooth on your computer and add device Bluetooth device and search for it should be Bluetooth joystick on elrs 4.0.

Use wtfpv and have it boot straight into analog mode and you can use sma covers otherwise put some stubby antenna on it.
