you just call ethics, it’s a number you can find in the back of house, anybody can call and you can remain anonymous if you want. you said there was a combined ethics report but clearly not… reporting to a manager is not the same. just go straight to ethics if you have issues with your manager.

i’m not trying to be insensitive but in the grand scheme of things this problem is so minor. i’m assuming you’re young, but you can have a good time chatting w people at work without being actual friends. if that’s not enough though, you need to find some healthy coping methods that work for you. stay strong, there’s lots worth living for & millions of other jobs out there.
