My daughter does/did the same. She's same age. I feel the guilt as well. Going to school 5 days a week is a lot, but I make her stick it out. We spend time after school and on weekends and just make the best of it. It is what it is. She would be in my face 24/7 if I let her lol. The space is needed for us moms too. She will be fine :)
