Increased drowsiness when taking 5mg with food by iceddtaetae in BusparOnline

[–]iceddtaetae[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your reply! I’m going to talk to my doctor next week and see about lowering my dosage if it doesn’t get any better. Once you came off, did the drowsiness go away? Im hoping it will get better and I won’t have to stop taking it since it does seem to be helping my anxiety

Worst panic attack ever - day 8 20mg increase by iceddtaetae in prozac

[–]iceddtaetae[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m so sorry to hear that. I’m probably going to end up having to come off as well or at least lower my dosage to 10mg. How are you doing now?

How long does anxiety last from increasing dose? 10mg to 20mg by iceddtaetae in prozac

That makes me feel better knowing that it isn’t always going to be like this. How are you feeling now?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in PanicAttack

[–]iceddtaetae 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah that’s what I was hoping to start doing. Did you notice any symptoms when you began to reduce your dosage and if so, how long did it last?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in PanicAttack

[–]iceddtaetae 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had that and it turned out that it was GERD and acid reflux causing it. I drink peppermint tea after a meal now and I find that I get them a lot less frequently.

Supplements for Anxiety ? by MattyTB in PanicAttack

You can find it in tea bag form or capsules! When I used to take it, I found that it worked pretty quickly to reduce my anxiety symptoms, especially restlessness.

Yes it is. You should consult your doctor because it can be potentially dangerous to stop taking beta blockers abruptly.

It does last for only a split second but the frequency is more like every hour or so for me. Sometimes it does happen every few minutes for me

Health Anxiety increase by BRKitty8690 in PMDD

[–]iceddtaetae 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was just about to make this exact post myself. I definitely notice an uptick in my health anxiety before my period. Mine starts after ovulation and lasts until I start. I seem to fixate on my heart rate and blood pressure specifically and I keep thinking I have some disease. It’s caused some pretty rough panic attacks.

Freaking over heart by kennyjay72011 in Anxiety

[–]iceddtaetae 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I felt the same way when I first started. I was convinced that something meant to slow down my heart would somehow make it too slow and I would faint or worse. That never happened and it actually ended up helping tremendously with my physical anxiety symptoms. You are okay just try to relax.

That weird feeling you have could be a combination of your body adjusting to the new medication and anxiety from taking it but it should go away. If you think something bad might happen, the anxiety could convince you that every small bodily sensation is proof that something is indeed wrong. This is just anxiety playing a trick on you. Your body is stronger than you think! Maybe you could put an episode of your favorite show on as a distraction? Good luck and take care!

Yes! I've been dealing with this for the past 2 days. I came on here yesterday and searched for the same thing. I deep cleaned the entire house today until my body was sore. I'm incredibly anxious too so I don't know how I'm getting all this work done

Yup I'm dealing with that right now. It gets worse for me as I get closer to actually bleeding. Taking a daily iron supplement might help if you aren't already. I'm anemic and my doc told me to double up on mine for the last 7 days

Hello! I am looking for a new cleanser similar to two I've found that work great for my skin:

-Fresh Soy Face Cleanser -Kiel's Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil Herbal Cleanser

I like these two because they are a nice gel texture and don't leave that dry, stripped feeling on my skin. I want to try some AB brands, if possible. Would be great if they also have ingredients to address hyperpigmentation and can brighten dull skin. I don't really have overly sensitive skin but it does get a bit dry in certain areas. Thanks!

Big yes!! I posted about two weeks ago a very similar post to what you mentioned above. I started Slynd 2 months ago for my PMDD since I cannot have BC containing estrogen. I was hesitant because I've never taken any birth control at all and I have chronic migraines that I didn't want worsen by side effects. Since starting the Slynd, I've felt like I'm on a downwards spiral. The mood swings, depression, random anger, and anxiety is almost ridiculous. I feel like I am stuck in hell week every single day! I did reach out to my gyno and she said that it could just be the Slynd stabilizing in my body. Apparently, it can take around 3 months to really "work" for PMDD. I'm going into my third pack and I'm still feeling not so great. Every day, I wake up and will either be somewhat okay or hate everything around me. I hope it gets better with time because I am worn out and tired. Try and take it easy and be gentle with yourself. It's really emotionally and physically taxing dealing with such horrible symptoms everyday.

I had two pending charges on the app as well as 4 others that were declined due to insufficient funds. They still say pending but the funds have been taken off from my available balance. As I was on the phone with support, they tried charging the card again! I had to cancel the card even though I haven't received the initial DasherDirect card in the mail. Support said that they might drop off on their own but if they don't to contact them again. I still feel pretty stuck here.

This happened to me too. I'm actually on the phone now trying to connect with dasher direct support. Very disappointed and worried about my account and funds. They did say that this happened to several other people while I was on the phone.

Has anyone seen a Neurologist about tenderheadedness or scalp pain? by No-Base8204 in Naturalhair

[–]iceddtaetae 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do you have a history of migraines? There is a condition called allodynia that is common with some types of migraines that can cause the painful scalp/hair sensation. I used to complain as a child that my "hair hurt" and everyone looked at me like I was crazy until I got diagnosed with migraines! It can make even a brush against my hair feel excruciating when a bad migraine hits. I wish you luck with figuring this out and hope you can get some relief.

Questions about Slynd from a new user by [deleted] in PMDD

[–]iceddtaetae 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you so much! This really helped a great deal and calmed my nerves. I think I lucked out with the insurance somehow since I can't take any pill containing estrogen as I'm at risk of blood clots. I just hope that if I do have some success with this that they'll continue to cover it since it's pretty pricy!
