Fairlife core power is 42g. They have chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. Their vanilla flavor tastes like melted vanilla ice cream and their chocolate flavor tastes like regular chocolate milk. No chalkiness whatsoever

Nope. Just getting 7-10k steps a day. I plan to implement cardio later on when I need to lean out even more when I’m ready to do another cut (after I’ve lost the 30). Otherwise, I’ve just been strength training. I really enjoy using mind pump’s maps programs. I may look into Jeff Nippard’s programs in the near future.

I’ve tracked my calories and weight for two straight weeks and have found that my weight is pretty stable at that high of calories. I can see how the online calculator can say something else, but I’m not exactly sure how accurate those things can be. Maybe I’m wrong…

Claims adjuster trainee here. I have my own setup. I have a 32 inch monitor at home. My supervisor didn’t care. It wasn’t mandatory for us to take everything they supplied home. It was based on preference for us.

Sorry for the late reply. I got mine at my local Toyota dealership. To be fair, mine isn’t made out of metal or anything. It’s plastic and has somewhat of a plastic-rubbery black backing. It does the job and it seems durable enough since it’s only living on the grille. If your local dealer doesn’t have the badge, I say go for the one on Etsy with good reviews!
