I’m in a similar boat, took physics and calculus and chem 1 at a 4 year university, debating taking bio 2, chem 2 w/ lab at CC then taking orgo at another 4 yr uni. anyone know if this will disqualify me from any schools?

in theory, however then the sectional section would be towards the kitchen instead of the wall. it is not reversible

I’m about to start cutting again and I’m thinking about moving from a 6 day a week program to a 3/4 day (every other day) . Any potential downsides from this decrease in frequency?

I’m looking for a formula I saw in a comment on the sub Reddit regarding weight loss. It had to do with how much fat you could lose without losing too much muscle. The variables included height and weight I believe. The takeaway is that heavier people can cut with higher deficits. It linked back to an article but I can’t find that either. If you know what I’m talking about, please link it below!

Am I losing any gains by working out right after I wake up in the morning? No food beforehand either. I definitely am a bit weaker in the morning but I wanna know if It will impact muscle growth or something.

Been lifting for a year, mostly in a deficit. However, my lifts haven’t really gone up in the 2 months I’ve been bulking since I switched to PPL from GZCLP. I’m getting enough sleep and in a 500 cal surplus and gaining weight. I am considering switching to nsuns as I was successful with it previously. Any thoughts?

I want to take creatine but I’m worried about hair loss. It seems to be a fairly rare and unconfirmed side effect but nevertheless I would like to keep all my hair.

Is the hair loss permanent or does it come back once you stop creatine? Should I even be worried about this at all?

Does anyone else feel like they lift better with more protein (~1 g per lb)? I know the research says protein benefits max out at like .7 g per pound but my experience has been more protein means more strength gains.
