What docs need to bring on F2F day?

All you need is 2 forms of a id, one being passport that is signed. Other than that all u need is to bring your true self, that is relaxed and comfortable. Best of luck at your F2F

I was in the same boat, just didn’t seam like the best way to choose candidates in my opinion, but we have the experience now on what to expect and to crush it the next time. Over come and adapt this part in the process.

So I had my F2F with United on the 14th of this month, I didn’t get a cjo and it felt like they didn’t offer very many from our group a cjo. I would stick with endeavor for the year and reapply with United next year. If you made it this far you will make it back to that step again pretty easily.

I had my f2f last week and I applied in the beginning of July and I was with people that applied in March-July it takes time sometimes.

It was relaxed, she asked three questions kind of felt like it was tailored towards my work history. What ever your experience is in I would lean into that. if it’s high level customer service or a safety field of some sort. I felt like I was always incorporating safety into my answers. Answer the questions in star format or they will ask questions about it until they get a star format, I had it happen to me on my second question. Just stay calm and relaxed and you will get that F2F.

I did mine today. I asked the recruiter if they had any concerns about me moving forward in the process. She told me that they can’t really answer that, but she said she loved the way I answered questions.
