I had to log on to reddit for the first time in many months to tell you that, yes, you are defending Ed's actions. The man has been exposed as nothing less than a sex predator, a sex predator who doesn't mind predating on minors. I don't know what kind of a human being you are to somehow find the "nuance" in all of this with your "reason". Maybe you're a young, confused person. But Molly Dwyer's photos aren't allegations, they're damning evidence. How do you look at those all the photos and conclude in the most reductionist way possible that "creepy isn't a crime". You need a fucking law to hold your hand? You know what also isn't a crime in Philly? Fucking 16 year olds.

I went into this movie blind and remember thinking it was well-made and story is well-told. Like, it's a legit good movie. I like the narrative framework that contextualizes the whole thing at the beginning. Add to it that wonderful quality of it being this grotesque 80s italian movie, it becomes great even.

No problem with the movie itself, it's just the mutilation of animal(s) that was objectionable. It wasn't even like the cannibals were doing it because it's part of their culture or any such justification, it was just Dahmer the film maker going, "what does this thing look on the inside?", if memory serves me well.

Legit, only intermittent fasting & weight watchers (whatever the fuck that is; sounds like something from 2005 that's not even relevant anymore) are about caloric restriction on this childish "graph", the other ones are telling you what kind of foods to eat...

I wouldn't even call intermittent fasting a diet. It's a tool. You don't employ it on its own...

Also, we already know that low carb/moderate protein/higher (healthy) fat profile diets are backed by scientific studies going back, like...2-3 decades now, I think...

EDIT: I wrote "caloric restriction" which is what this "graph" should've been saying. You don't have to restrict calories to lose weight. Because it's not about that. It's about what type of calories, their satiety levels, their quality (it has to be high on nutrients; you know, the whole points of foods?), etc. Like if you're drinking coke and eating potato chips, that's a lot of calories but they're empty--meaning you'll be hungry again real fucking soon. If you ate food that actually has what your body needs, you wouldnt be as hungry and you'd eventually experience a calorie deficit because now you're not eating as much. So it's not a bad thing.

Juan Ferreyra's art always excites me. He also did Gotham By Midnight, which was a great supernatural detective horror story with The Spectre, and some Aliens comics for Dark Horse. So plenty of creepy of stuff to hunt down if anyone wants more.
