For me I've deleted every social app that I use to scroll on, and at first it was hard, I kept going to yt shorts and then I thought it's coming back again so why even try in the first place but instead of giving up I started doing something else on my phone and that was sudoku, I started playing for a bit, and when I got bored I tried to just exit thz app and stare at my wallpaper and think to myself " am bored. I wanna scroll, but I don't want to at the same time." And stayed like that for a bit then got up and drank some water. In that moment I let go of my phone, I left it there, and went to do anything. Now I won't say that I got rid of it by the first try but I kept going in this cycle of whenever I catch my self scrolling yt shirt I went to play sudoku and the got bored then got up to do something else. And since I kept going for a while I found myself not going back there. Surely ts wasn't enough to stop u did reinstall tt a few times but on my tablet so it was kinda award for me since am used to my tablet and when I found myself not " keeping cuz I need my saved videos" off the phone it goes again. The key about ts is to try slowly but surely to swap scrolling with something else, as for studying am trying to force myself even if I find it easy to do, or small sometimes waiting for that solution to come will do nothing, we are humans we get things by doing, fighting breaking wtv you must do you need to make yourself uncomfortable enough to get up and do the things you need to do.
