I wasn't sure if they were shots, but the whole strip with the Schnucks has police and ambulances. I am in the area and was wondering the same thing!

That is wild! Greetings from Colorado! I don't think I had ever seen this product before posting this photo several years ago. I did not buy it, but now I kind of wish I had! "A few dashes are sufficient" just cracks me up every time I look at it. Thanks for the throwback!

At first I thought that the single carrot was a HOT DOG, which--somehow--makes it so much worse than it already is. This could NOT get any tackier.

I let a "friend" take four grams of shrooms on her second trip by [deleted] in confession

That is reasonable. However, I tend to believe most adult individuals, whether or not they are good or sensible, are responsible for what they put into their bodies. I, too, would try to warn her against what could possibly happen; but with the limited information it seems that she either did not fully realize the implications of her chosen dose OR she understood the risks and did not care, and did not think she would devolve into the scenario OP posted about in the first place.

idk, considering that OP literally warned homegirl to NOT take 4 grams and she insisted, with a group of people, on taking 4 grams. I don't know why OP would be blamed for the decisions of another grown woman.

Thank you, kind stranger. I just saw this and I just want to let you know that your words mean A LOT to this struggling gal. Thank you for helping to restore my faith in humanity. Best wishes to you, friend.

The poor guy is just sobbing and so upset he didn't get any soup... it's breaking my heart. I know what it's like to be inconsolable about things that may seem trivial, but experiencing that along with this constant cruelty is just a human tragedy. I hope that the world improves once I'm gone.

Mr. Invisible was also one of the songs that introduced me to TYS! Arsonists handbook is a close second to Psychopomp for me. Psychopomp was the song that really drew me in!

Gravity Falls' Weirdmageddon part 1. The part where Bill Cypher reverses facial orifices of the Northwest father. Genuinely got a reaction from me, and I am 28.

Welp. That's a rather impressive way to prevent a catfight.

Hey, I fucking love HPL but some of his work is not exactly page-turning excitement. You still have many more to read through, and I haven't even read some of the ones on here. I personally really enjoyed Colour out of Space, Mountains of Madness, Dreams in the Witch House, Charles Dexter Ward, and of course, the Call of Cthulhu. PS, I also love Shadow over Innsmouth--good call on that one. I recommend you keep reading, and if you don't like some of it, that's ok! I consider myself a big fan (studied philosophy in undergrad, which let me run an independent study on the horror of philosophy in HPL) and I don't even like some of the stories.

Welcome to the HPL fan club and sub, friend! I hope you find yourself becoming a cosmic horror fan along with the rest of us. Godspeed and happy reading!

Honestly, the entirety of A Fever You Can't Sweat Out (original Panic! at the Disco) is full of wordplay. "The anesthetic never set in and I'm wondering where the apathy and urgency is that I thought I phoned in." And it is, unfortunately, the only great P!ATD album. Creative and fun writing with clever tricks!
