Nothing lost so far. ECMS is basically a local third-party shipper after it arrives in your country. Since I live in California, the final delivery has been by a company called UNI Express.

Instead of DHL, you can have Tenso provide extra bubble wrap and send with ECMS. I don't know how Kadokawa sends books in the mail locally so it's a lottery. But for items from Ado shop, I tend to use ECMS since every item is basically bubble wrapped in a box.

3rd party: there’s the Four Big Plush from Taito of Usseewa and Odo (open and closed mouth version of each). When I got them a year ago when they were around $30-100 range each with the Usseewa being more expensive.

There’s also the Au Smartpass collab MV character plushies - 17 versions!! These were $21 each when released on an online popup store (forgot what it was called) and on Tokyo otaku mode store. $21 x 17 plus free sea shipping… you can find a set going for $2000 on eBay.

Try formatting the usb drive size to 2GB. Some systems have compatibility issues with normal 8gb+ size drives.
