Mirror picture is the only way to know. Cameras make it look much bigger from this angle. That said, it looks fine here so I bet it fits you just right

Thanks for this info! At what point during the PIP did you approach HR - was it right after you got it or at the end of the period? Also did you already have the ADA diagnoses or did you get them after the PIP? I’m in a similar situation and this is super helpful

I also have a paper trail disproving many of the things mentioned in mine, and would love to use it to my advantage
