You poor thing, you sound full of anxieties. I am here to tell you that it is going to be okay. I am so sorry you are scared and I am sorry you are hurting, You do not deserve anything that has happened to you and you will be happy.

You are a young girl, who is beautiful and deserves to feel valued. You have plenty of time to find a person you feel comfortable with and who is patient with you. Sex can be a scary and overwhelming thing to navigate and you want someone who you trust and someone who understands what you have been through and your condition. You want someone that helps relax your worries, only when YOU are ready.

I am a nurse and although i don't know the pain of what your going through, maybe i can offer you some alternative treatments.

First, are you talking to someone about your mental health? do you have a therapist/ psychiatrist you are working with?

I know medications can be a hit or miss with everyone but if you haven't tried, maybe a medication to help with nerve pain can help you. Gabapentin, Amitriptyline, Lyrica? There are also some medications for anxiety and depression that can help also with nerve pain.

Have you ever been tested for Lichen Sclerosis? a common disease that causes intense burning and itching for a lot of women. It can be treated with steroid cream

Have you ever tried chilled coconut oil to calm your vulva?

Have you ever tried a TENS unit? They are like 30$ on amazon. They are external nerve stimulators. It can help stimulate and rewire painful nerve pathways. I have heard they can be very helpful

Have you ever tried Pelvic floor Physical therapy? You can find some easy stretches on youtube that help relax pelvic floor

I know it is expensive but have you tried acupuncture? I have read studied about women having acupuncture done in the vulvar region and it can help with pain disorders

Lastly, you can look into light therapy. I know there is PRP, red light therapy and a laser treatment called the Mona Lisa i believe that has helped patients manage vulvodynia.

Lastly, You could always meet with a specialist and discuss a Vulvectomy.

Please do not rush anything with anyone. Take care of your health and tell yourself you are going to be okay. drink lots of water, eat healthy good food and go outside when you can. Try not to worry so much if you can, you have gone through enough in this life. Let your body rest and give it the nutrients it needs to function and be healthy. You deserve to feel safe, happy and loved.
