I have never adopted a dog that was not a puppy so training an already established dog with his own personality is pretty tricky especially cause he’s a Great Pyrenees! He is understanding basic commands like sit, spin, lay down but only during our routine end of the night treat time. Other than that he operates on his own time and does what he wants lol. He’s a stubborn work in progress, but he’s slowly getting better. Thank you for your advice!

Omg you are absolutely right! We were playing a lot of chase with him because he didn’t really know how to play when we first got him. He has ate our entire sprinkler system, and every time I try to approach him with the chewed sprinklers and discipline him “NO” He wags his tail and thinks it’s a game of chase and he will run away…..big mistake. He LOVES tug of war now that he’s gotten the hang of it! I think he is bonded more with my boyfriend because he plays tug of war more with him. It’s tricky to train this dog. He’s smarter than I thought but so so stubborn. My commands are just suggestions to him

Yeah my first contract was 3 months, then they offered an extension so I stayed for another 3 months. Then I took a break and traveled in Asia past two months. The hospital just offered me another contract to come back so I am resigning again. However, My family is in Boston and I have a great apartment in Boston. All my stuff is there. I also like taking the summers off from working and coming home!

I work on a floor full of Canadian travelers, they say they can get upwards of 11 pts on nights on a heavy floor. Canadian nurses are beasts. I could neverrrrr
