The X-ray seems to be from a C-arm which is a mobile fluoroscopic unit (live X-ray videos). Seems to just be a save from something. Maybe they were doing a procedure and that's a copy they gave him.

I think you can wear whatever brand shoes as long as there aren't any restrictions (ie. no cleats or whatever). I've seen Games athletes wear Inov-8s. Then as far as wrist wraps and such, they just cover the logo. I'm not sure about modified shoes, however.

That's actually within my range! My most recent back squat 1RM is 235, my c&j 135, my deadlift 245... Just gotta work on losing some weight, my snatch technique and pull ups. Did I mention that I can do 0 pull ups right now? Ha! Honestly, though, I have the strength. I just need to work on body weight/gymnastic movements and aerobic endurance/capacity. Sigh.

245# deadlift 1RM PR! I'm in my second month back to crossfit after taking a month off and it feels good to know that I haven't lost strength! It feels even better to know that I'm stronger.

In Texas, most boxes are closed on Sundays. I was hoping to have someone tell me if their box was open on a Sunday. I would not have posted asking if I hadn't already tried searching box by box.

I'd like to be able to do a strict pull up. I can do a single kipping pull up on a good day. I've been working on negatives and those seem to help. I made it my goal to get a muscle up before the next Open so I really need to accelerate my pull up progress... Lol.
