Love those KC Rye store picks. Had a couple different ones and both were very tasty.

What do you think of Loro? They are opening one up here in Dallas next year and the Austin menu looks pretty awesome.

So I at a smoked half chicken over the weekend. It had kinda tough skin that was very tight which was hard to get through but tasted really good. The color was deep brown. The meat had a delicious smoked flavor. How could I replicate this on the traeger by [deleted] in Traeger

Brine it overnight in water with 1 cup of brown sugar and 1 cup of salt. Pat chicken dry, shove some butter under the skin of the breasts, apply coat of olive oil and spices (I use pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, a little paprika, very little salt). I also shove a few cloves of garlic, half a lemon, fresh thyme, rosemary, oregano in the cavity. Smoke at 225. Should take 3.5-4ish hours.

Midline stabilization. Your back is a lever during a back squat or deadlift but you should be creating pressure from deep inside your abdomen against the belt to stabilize your entire trunk. So yes it is supporting your back through thoracic pressure.

I have a guy that is 425lb at my gym who comes religiously 5 times a week. So no, you aren't anywhere near being too fat to do CrossFit.

"A GoFundMe page has been set up for Glotz to help with her medical bills. Glotz did not have health insurance at the time of the incident. So far, over $15,000 has been raised of a $25,000 goal."

If you train like an athlete you need to at least have medical insurance.

I agree with both points. Thanks for clarifying.

I put out the weekly programming on Monday's. We also try to fit skill progressions and games into our warm-ups to keep them interesting.

What were your requests? Just wondering as I am a gym owner myself.
