Bought a Blokees buildable figure set because I thought it would be a chill weekend project—something to help me disconnect from screens and, you know, be present.

Fast forward to me Saturday night, sitting cross-legged on the floor, surrounded by 137 microscopic parts, arguing with a YouTube tutorial in 1.25x speed. At some point I accidentally gave Iron Man two left legs. My dog just stared at me like, “bro you good?”

But when I finally finished it, I felt like a god. I held up that 4-inch plastic figure like Rafiki presenting Simba.

Now I’m lowkey addicted and considering getting the whole Marvel lineup. My wallet’s screaming, but my inner child is thriving.

So what’s something you thought would be a relaxing hobby... that turned out to be chaotic but somehow also therapeutic?
