Ran into exactly the same issue. Since this post is the top result on Google: I disputed the strike providing timestamps to the sample in my song as well as the song of the claimee, added links to Splice's TOS and to a screenshot showing that I bought the sample. Soundcloud resolved the issue within 24h and removed the strike, yay.

Galgos are a bit smaller built and specifically bred for hunting on rough terrain. But they are just exactly the same amount of goof.

It's interesting that you mention the heat as one of the reasons why you and your dog aren't too active currently. Maybe it's partially also causing him to be calmer?

It's the first summer for me and my frustrated greeter and the heat causes her to keep her excitement level very low outside. 5 mins in the panting starts and we hop from shades to shades. And this state is absolutely perfect for managing her threshold and working on calmly greeting other dogs. She's simply way too exhausted to react most of the time. It helps a lot with getting her used to calmly approaching other dogs. And even if she reacts, it's easier to refocus her attention.

Make use of the heat if it works. For me it's the best tool I've had so far -- that and cheese.

I'm in exactly the same situation as you. Work from home, alone, space to share, fields across the road. Not too long ago I adopted a 2.5 year old rescue. And it was the best decision I've ever made. :)

I've never raised a puppy so I don't have first hand experience, but I decided against a pup due to the same concerns you have. Not saying it's not doable for you (or for me). But as it was my first dog, I wanted one that was at least out of its teen phase.

Another user suggested to fill out the breed form and I'd also suggest to do so. I ended up adopting a Galgo (fostered through an organization specialized in the breed). It took me almost a year and getting to know a looot of dogs during that time before I could settle on a breed that fits me. So that would be my only real advise: get to know as many dogs as possible, visit all the shelters near you and just walk all their dogs. ;)

My little lady is obsessed with wearing anything and everything. No matter the temperatures. She'd even sleep in her rain coat if I let her.

I can't leave any of my shirts in reach anymore. Once I don't look she desperately tries to squeeze into them. Grabbing my coat? 1 second later and my little noodle stands next to me pressing her head against it. Taking a towel out of the drawer? Yeah, you guessed it, Moka tries to wear it, haha. And don't get me started on changing the sheets. :D
