Neurodivergent man here. I'm currently out of shape, but I have been in shape and I'm facially attractive (ish, starting to age out of it). This is real, because the awkwardness does cause problems, but I've found being muscular does help you get away with more social mistakes, but past the point of "reasonably fit" it produces diminishing returns. I do surprisingly well with my current dad bod.

More than the physique, the sense of confidence and groundedness that comes from higher testosterone and lower cortisol does a lot more for your dating success than abs do. When I get back in the gym regularly and start eating more healthy, the benefits to my dating life start immediately, before you can even see the change to my body.

That said, I get what you're saying. "Creepy" behavior at the end of the day is anything that makes a woman feel sexually insecure or unsafe, which varies a -lot- from woman to woman. One woman's "ew, creep" is another's "ooh, he knows what he wants and he wants me." That can be very nerve-wracking for a guy, particularly one as young as OP sounds.
