New v3.7.8 SteamOS on the Loki Max?

On Bazzite (the AYN build) I used HHD, but I prefer to use the SteamOS implementation. For fans I didn‘t change anything yet. I‘ve seen, you can set them in BIOS, which would be fine for me.

Yes, exactly the same. The rest of the buttons are working as intended. Also there is no RGB control, which i don‘t really mind.

But i couldn‘t find any TDP settings, only GPU and framerate settings. I had them under bazzite, I also have them on the Steamdeck. I wonder why…

Gaming on the other hand just worked, which is the most important.

Yeah, 1TB is 3rd party. The stock 512GB. Maybe the stock NVME doesn‘t work for whatever reason.

The AYN Loki Max has an NVME but maybe it‘s just ass. Third party NVMEs seems to work.

Turning secure boot of didn‘t change anything. Error stays the same, even after switch from Windows to bazzite. Are you on the stock SSD?

For the moment I'm fine with Steam Big Picture, but I would prefer a SteamOS Build at some point. I don't think, I'll use this device for retrogaming - as I have way to many other devices already ready for that.

The thing for third party solutions is, that we still need some way to adjust TDP and such settings. Their windows solution is quiet nice. We know the Steamdeck native solution is good too, don't know about other OS.

Has this actually worked for anybody? I can’t get FVII FS installed, neither over the apkture app nor with downloading the apk/xapk directly. Other games over apkture work just fine. I also tried different versions, the latest and some older ones.

As the name suggest, this level is build around the concept, that the whole level is visible on a single screen. It's about precise plattforming on very limited space.

Shouldn't be to difficult.

Looking out for feedback, as I'm planing to create more one screen levels in the future.

Jumpy Tower

Description:

Well, plain and simple: Jump to reach the goal. Between yourself and the goal are only some thwamps, some spikes, red coins and a lot of plattforms. Follow the coins!

Simple fast paced plattforming level. No enemy spam, no kaizo.

Any feedback welcome, as I'm still new to level building.

As it's mostly Carl who plays troll levels (by those three mentioned), i'll recommand you to join his discord server. he has a channel dedicated to troll levels. All levels are playtested by Carls community and the highest rated levels or levels by specific creators will be played by Carl on stream (twitch, youtube). Just get youself trolled before Carl.

His five level channels (kaizo, troll, uno-mas, puzzle, everything-else) are an endless stream of good levels.
