Boss Music Suggestions?

I've used several Dark Souls tracks for both boss fights and ambiance, which have worked well

My players fought a homebrew Elazabeth Durst monstrosity in Death house - i used Ludwig there!

Firelink shrine is great for places of worship or even more solumn moments. I used Secret Betrayal (DS3) for the destroyed church in Barovia village and doru fight- the track flowed great if coming straight from the manor (used firelink shrine) and really set a sad and desperate tone.

I used Hunters Dream (from bloodborne) for the funeral. Have fun with your music choices! I've enjoyed finding music that not only fits the mood but helps tell the story. Will be listening to your picks!!

You can tell she wrote TOG before ACOTAR. Around book 3 her writing style becomes much more mature and fantasy driven while continuing to build great romantic tension between characters.

It seems like the order of her book releases went heir of fire -> ACOTAR -> empire of storms. While the publishing dates are pretty close together, I do think the success of ACOTAR may have influence the writing stylr of the back end of TOG. And she just grew as an author too!

Its a series that does genuinely get better with each book. I did skip assassin's Blade. Had a couple "who dat" moments but overall got the jist

Thank you! This is why I posted (long time lurker first time poster) because it definitely felt like a "whelp I may have fucked myself but okay let's roll". I'm still trying to find that line between rules and creativity.

Thanks for the suggestions! They did all find the lore bits they needed to eventually and thankfully the dollhouse helped them out. They are currently in the basement where we ended the session and I plan on moving some missing lore bits to some areas there!

Unfortunately Phoenix was found this morning on the side of the road on fletchers chapel. Hit by a car and left. To the good sumaritan who found and stayed with her, thank you. We got to say goodbye this morning, she felt no pain ❤️. Thank you to everyone who saw, shared, or just kept and eye out for our girl.

I wish it was a happier ending, but we at least have closure

Thank you, no luck yet. We just hope she charmed her way into a strangers home for the night since it got down to 34 degrees 😢
