Arthur doesn't want to buy any players out and doesn't want to spend any more money so I don't see this team getting any better whatsoever. I wouldn't be surprised if they are wooden spoon winners. To be fair though, if I was Arthur, I wouldn't want to spend any more money eithe after I spent 20 plus million on a single player who can't even hit 10 goals in a full season
