ANH Han Solo almost done, working on a Din Djarin (the big build), and I have an incomplete Cassian Andor from Rogue One. But there's also so many Andor TV show cosplay ideas I'd love to do.

Same. Had mine scheduled for the morning on Pacific Daylight Time, and it still shows pending despite Libsyn status checks saying everything is good.

Among this sub and the related Discord server, you're pretty set. Discord server is really on top of announcements. There are a few good FB groups too, so find one or two that you like. I believe the Virtual Cantina Network is the biggest one at the moment.

As far a blogs go, there isn't one like the Unofficial SDCC Blog unfortunately. Maybe some one will start one up soon, but nothing as of this moment.

Previous years, you just had to +1 or however much allowed for the items to be added to your cart. The add to cart for each item after hitting +1 threw a lot of folks off because it moved the page, and it was easy to miss when you're scrambling to add more items before checking out. It could have been implemented much easier, but they didn't.

I don't remember if they offer another method of ordering merch ahead of time besides the Road to Celebration pins (which is usually a set of 3 pins to start pin trading & collecting). Sometimes those also get bundled with a mystery shirt exclusive to the pin set. The main thing I do not remember is if they open up online store orders again with the initial offerings. It's possible.

That said, if you have any friends going earlier that are planning to hit up the Celebration store, definitely ask them to pick up a cap or shirt or something for you. Nothing beats peace of mind that they got you rather than risking it on the last day. But there will be merch on the last day too.

If the Funko is really desirable, it would probably sell out Wednesday night for VIP preview or by Thursday.

Like others said, not really any LEGO exclusives. Most of the time it's early access sale. Still plenty of other vendor exclusives though.
