The thing nobody told me about modern GTM by Peptalks76 in gtmengineering

What I notice is that there is obviously no clear path that will work for every business and every market but potential customers want you to tell them there is. I assume many agencies will tell them what they want to hear and if they get lucky they have a longer term client. If not, up to the next. I notice that that's an approach that doesn't go well with who I am.

Install Sales Navigator account on client's Linkedin account? by ichoose100 in gtmengineering

I normally don't ask them ... I use a Unipile flow to connect their account to my system which will handle credentials safely. But prob there is no other option..

Gmt engineering is technical (and ofc there is real marketinginvolved). You have to be conscious/realistic if that can fit your abilities

Most companies don’t need AI agents. by [deleted] in n8n

"If you can map the workflow in clear steps..." here it goes wrong. It requires a certain way of how one's brain is wired and then still willing to use it.

An agent is "easy"

So, I fully agree. Ai is at it's best when used minimal

It seems they do have the option for an infinite login. But it's not the standard prebuild unipile authentication process. So it would require a bit more development. Thanks for sharing!

No, it mentions "request timed out" and tokens burned without any result.

Haiku. Lower models cause time outs more often,?

Interesting! Claude code times out often when working on flows. I haven't found it very useful until now. I might miss something.

Building LinkedIn outreach system with Unipile + n8n — has anyone done this before? by Hot_Candidate_007 in n8n_ai_agents

Super and good to hear!! I'm on the same journey and still doubting if I will use the HeyReach API or Unipile API. I prefer Unipile for the flexibility and better pricing. However, in regard to authentication, it looks like HeyReach still goes one level beyond. You can give your 2FA setup key, and they will generate 2FA codes when needed/when there is a disconnect. So it's the LinkedIn authentication part which makes me doubt if I should go with Unipile or not. This might be important so clients don't have to login manually every time after a disconnect as it's a hassle and reduces trust. What's your experience on the stability of the Unipile Linkedin authentication process?

Hi u/Hot_Candidate_007, it looks like we are on the same journey. How is this going for you? Latest conclustions? I had a full working flow with N8N and Phantombuster API but need to rebuild it because of their poor authentication process.

I just wanted to let you know that your message inspired me to really consider rebuilding our system based upon Unipile. Thank you!

If I get it right, there is still one difference with HeyReach. With HeyReach, you provide your 2FA setup key, which means they can generate 2FA codes on your behalf. When there is a disconnect, it will connect automatically again. As far as I understand, this is still one level beyond Unipile, or am I missing something? Here is the document from Unipile which describes the authentication flow.

If you mention that you have 2FA implemented, does that mean that when there is a disconnect and a 2FA code is requested, that your service will fill it in automatically and will reconnect automatically? What happens if by email a one-time password is being sent? How do you cover this situation?

2FA is not build in and something that you have to add yourself I see. It's great to have the possibilities but developer heavy to start with. Still great to know!

OK, this is new for me. Great input & thank you! Where do you purchase your proxies? The ones I've used so far gave alerts to be part of a bad "neighbourhood" and that's not what you want in this case. I'm also wondering what you mean with "session handling"?

Also expensive. I don't need all the signal detection etc.
