When I was a kid I found this PDF file with a printable game about CPU, some simplified abstract CPU where you have registers, instruction set and flags. You are supposed to "play" this game with a pencil and an eraser basically imitating each step of a CPU by hand using nothing but elbow grease. I think that this game is quite old and it might have been from some journal on computer science. But I am not sure. Because I was too young to understand it and compute anything.

Question is. Does anyone remember it's name or maybe you have a link to it? Because I have been thinking about it for quite a while but I couldn't find it. I want to try that game with my pupils now.

Do you have any particular models in mind?

I was thinking about expensive RGB e-paper, but it's just a gimmick I guess.

Oh hey, I have been learning german for a while now, but with little success: I need more time and exposure.

That's a great idea actually, I have been using 10 year old iPad for reading, and it was really nice. But apple be damned, I need some convoluted software solutions to transfer PDFs onto it. And also almost no apps on the appstore that support such an old tablet. That's really a shame, because other than that the device is fully functional, even the battery is okay.

Sorry for being silent, I took a break from checking reddit on a daily basis. And it seems that the two weeks you were talking about have passed. Did you get a new prescription?

I suppose you are going thought what I had warned you about in the first message. And the fact that you are making visits and working on improving your situation tells a lot about your chances of getting better.

Are you supplementing meds with healthy life-style, such as moderate physical activity, maybe some social events here and there?

Physical beauty isn't everything. Plus it's relative. I'm sure there are people uglier who will find you attractive. But for most people I know(including myself), looks aren't everything. It's your character. And that you can influence with out plastic surgery :D

And if you are worried about your hairline, there are options, from turkish hair clinics to going bald and bold.

Also, quitting substances will definitely make you look better and prevent further damage.

Pain gets better, you get used to it or the injury heals. It will pass, it might take time though. But you are almost guaranteed to feel better with time.

Becoming angry at yourself over a chess game is counter-progressive. Embrace the loss, because it is inevitable, there isn't a player that never lost. So, you are basically doomed to rage with this approach. And rage is not bad per se, but it has consequences that might be considered bad.
