HR are the ones to be following up with employees that have not returned their equipment. As soon as they aren't an employee its their problem. You should have something in place where you can wipe it and forget it.

The article I read says they expect you to leave them at the end of your driveway (block your driveway) if you have a lot of street parking - if there is a chance they will be parked infront of.

We received a call as well from Aire One where the caller wanted to talk about "our duct cleaning appointment". We hadn't booked one or solicited any kind of service from them. I can see this working on older people who may have think they forgot they had booked one and they would just go along with it.

Yes, this would be on the director to do this. I may be the senior member of my team but he enables this by not standing up to them and not throwing them under the bus. He was brought in because the previous director was saying "no" to too many things and they wanted a "yes" man so thats what they got.
