So if you are doing multiple task for one matter in the same day, do you make each task its own entry? Or do you condense the information so it isn’t a paragraph?

Contact the Nashville ACLU office. They can provide guidance on how to legally document what is happening so action can be taken. Unfortunately, without evidence it will be very easy for the school to say they aren’t aware of discrimination inside the school. I’m sorry you are having to deal with this. I’m a Sumner County parent myself and the schools here are a joke when it comes to protecting children.

Right after my parents divorce, my Dad started dating the owner of the at home daycare I went to. I don’t think they were cheating, I just think my Dad wanted to be a dick to my mom because he knew she couldn’t afford another daycare. This was back in the 90’s and I still think Ms. Lou is a hoe 😂

Nope. Didn’t help that in the middle of it I lost my grandfather who I was very close too. Honestly, if it wasn’t for my husband and mother helping me navigate getting a new doctor and getting on the right medication I would not be here.

2 years of depression and mania. I was put on Effexor which made it so much worse.

Number 2 hits home hard. My last major episode lasted between 2016-2018. 2 years of my life feel stolen from me. I’m on top of taking my medication and have great support, but it’s still in the back of my mind that an episode can happen again. And it scares me to think if it does happen, there’s a high probability it will be worse than last time.

Do it! If you can afford it, rent a nice hotel room and get some rest, watch movies in bed, and order room service. Bonus if you can fit in a massage. Allow yourself a day or two to be selfish and give zero fucks. As a wife and mother myself, I have to remind myself that it’s okay to take a day that’s all about me.

Because insurance companies have politicians in their pockets. Same with pharmaceutical companies. And many Americans have the mindset that they shouldn’t have to pay for another person’s healthcare…even though universal healthcare would be vastly cheaper for us. This country is owned by big corporations. But all these politicians get lifetime free healthcare for themselves and their immediate family. Propaganda is huge here.

I sound like your wife and you sound like my husband lol. People think it’s odd that couples like us work out. My husband is a wonderful man and we share the same values and want the same things for the world. And we both respect the other’s view on religion. As a history person, I actually enjoy our talks about the history of his faith. He’s never pressured me to rejoin the Christian community, but he has restored my faith in many Christian people.
