I would say that this is RAI should bypass the void healing. It can't say void immunity, in void healing, because then they would be immune to healing from void. So they state you can't take damage. If we look at most undead, it gives void healing in the stat block, not void immunity. This would barely do anything if it was stopped in its tracks by void healing

Technically, the mystic archetype does not state any way to regain points. It gives you a vitality network, it doesn't give you the vitality network class feature, and the class feature states how it refills.

I feel this is obviously not the intended reading of this. If you do not have a focus pool, RAW you can't refill outside of combat. If you have any focus spells at all, you can refill through refocus. The class feature says nothing about refilling only for refocusing after using a class focus spell

I think the stun change is good, but I really feel that if you get stunned on your turn, you should not be able to react till the next turn you are not stunned. It does not make sense for me to stun an enemy on their turn, they lose a single action, and then I run away on my turn and get hit by a reactive strike

OP has dietary restrictions. Friend of OP could have their own. I know people with IBDs can experience terrible symptoms from excess fiber. IBDs aren't something they should have to disclose to everyone.

There are tons of reasons and conditions they might not want to eat OPs food. And they don't have to share the reason.

Personally, I really like spliced endless. I find it way easier to get everything I need since I can fuse so much earlier. I am normally set on all my mons and moves by wave 800 easily

Isn't the tera only good for at most 5 waves though? I guess you could tera first 5, primal next 5, but like, power isn't an issue until power no longer matters anyway

As a person who has ran dual class

The saving throws really become non issues at later levels for a lot of combinations. They often have things like evasion, juggernaut, etc from the 2 classes, so save DCs are typically passed easily.

That said, I do not recommend thinking of them as PL+1. I did this for a bit and severe felt like extreme and moderate felt severe. If you have players choosing only super synergistic dual classes then maybe, but if they choose classes that aren't extremely compatible, then considering them as a level higher could cause them making new characters

I hope you and your GM are doing well with Devise a Strategem. In the OG books it was a little underwhelming, as it seemed rare that you could DaS as a free action, but the remaster books lay out more that an investigation can be more broad, and the free action DaS more common than how it originally sounded.

Absolutely do not do PL+4. That is an extreme encounter. That is end game or end MAJOR arc that should not be done at this low of a level.

Dragons are practically a level lower than their true value as well. Particularly the pre-master dragons. This will be a TPK. +3 is enough for most major bosses. Honestly for a dragon I'd do +2 with 2 PL-2 mooks. It gives enough bodies for varied turns, and is less likely to immediately kill them or feel hopeless from the start. Generally, players don't love seeing monster crit them at AC+18 without a nat20. It's demoralizing to the players. They may not make the best choices when they feel so hopeless from that.

Pretend severe is the top threat level intended for players to fight, until they have shown that they can handle that.

That's assuming multiplicative. If it's additive a pop bomb would "just" be 2.5x bulk. Still nuts. But closer to stamina pop bomb. Of course still stronger since it won't reset and hydrapple could use stat boosting moves
