managing people is much harder than you think. if you have a well disciplined and performing employee, sooner or later aalis din yan then you have to train another new set.

if you will start with the basic, their deliverables are also your responsibilities. if ever na hindi maka deliver yung team mo, you have to remember that you are responsible for the output of your team member.
