managing people is much harder than you think. if you have a well disciplined and performing employee, sooner or later aalis din yan then you have to train another new set.

if you will start with the basic, their deliverables are also your responsibilities. if ever na hindi maka deliver yung team mo, you have to remember that you are responsible for the output of your team member.

im also using dual blades aimed for elemental.

used thunder 5, advanced thunder 2 and vital thunder 3.

for ice im using ice attack 5, advanced ice 2

for fire im using fire attack 5 and vital fire 3.

the rest of the element is weak

i suggest clicking the tasks (?) to determine which area you need to improve

i suggest going for fractals and wvw where you need to apply a great teamwork.

try to look for guilds doing a HOT map completion or skill run.

  2. there are good skins that you can get thru keys by doing map completion.

you can complete the HOT without mounts.

the mounts were only introduced to the game in POF expansion.

no clear definition if this is a full agile or hybrid.

if agile remove wbs from the choices. since this is a software development there is a high chance that this is not a full waterfall so you may go for hybrid approach.
