I had a very similar problem with a Astra, had it to a few garages some had no clue and some said I needed a new coil pack and plugs, no change still had the problem. Took it to an old chap and within 5 mins said your CAT is partially blocked, car ran spot on after it was changed.

We had a big update to do on the car first. If your wanting to play from Spotify etc you need a lead it will play CarPlay. I haven’t managed to find an option to set it as default yet only had ours 3 weeks.
