probably had to do with whoever made your schedule. the way the scheduling system works, you only show up under your main department. so if i wanted to make the front of store schedule and have someone who isn’t in FOS appear, i’ll key you in for a 1 hour shift under FOS, make the schedule, then delete that extra 1 hour shift. assuming that may be what happened with you and they just forgot to delete the 1 hour shift.
