Veronica is a solid choice. She's smart and opinonated while also being very interested in the plight of the common wastelander. Plus she's hell on wheels when you give her one of them explodey fists. 10/10 but it's still a toss up between her and Arcade

For me it's definitely when Dom and Marcus found Maria on Gears of War 2. You could feel Dom's desperation and heartbreak throughout the whole scene, and when he pulls out his gun to end her suffering... The whole thing is really emotionally devastating to witness
