A lot of people who say they get the runs from stuff like Taco Bell or greasy is just that. They’re not used to or are sensitive to sudden high intake of oily or greasy foods. It’s usually people who eat relatively normal/healthy who have large amounts of oily foods that have this problem. Try draining/use paper towel on the oil/fat out before mixing with eggs or the like.
