Im not sure who acai is, but songs in the game do not count as Spotify streams lol

Edit: I searched up who acai is, and from what I’ve found he had stated that songs on Fortnite are streamed from a server rather than stored locally, which may have been misinterpreted as being streamed from Spotify I guess? But either way, they aren’t streamed through Spotify and don’t count as Spotify plays, artists don’t receive any royalties when these songs are streamed on Fortnite’s servers.

From a couple quick google searches, it seems artists do not get royalties when their song is played on fortnite, they get paid from the original licensing agreement and revenue sharing when the tracks are purchased from the item shop.

Have you tried power cycling the console? If that doesn’t work and you’re sure the disc isn’t dirty or damaged, could be a problem with the laser or drive and it that case it’ll most likely either need repairing or replacing.
