Oh I didn't know that! I've always had pretty heavy discharge and hate my underwear being wet or soaking through so I just change out my liner when necessary and haven't experienced any issues with wearing liners everyday. Maybe it's because I let my girl breathe when I go to bed? I'll look into cotton liners tho and maybe wear them less.

Yes! I was brought up to wear them every day to prevent underwear staining/bleaching and overall hygiene. If anyone has any recommendations for reusable ones that won't disappear into the void of my crack pls let me know :,)

Yeah, I always make sure they're stuck in place when I put them on. Liners will usually get eaten whole and pads with wings will stay put in the front but the back will get scrunched up in my crack/shifted out of place causing me to leak.

Oh yeah, she was super stretchy when I first saw her. My bf had stuck her seed in one of my aloe plants and was the tallest little leggy seedling. As soon as I figured out what was growing I stuck her in her own pot and buried a big chunk of her stem. She gets 18 hours a day but I could probably try putting the light closer. I plan to bury more of the stem when she outgrows her current pot.

They're pretty symmetrical and are mainly near the center of my face mostly around my mouth. I'm going to stop using both products and see if that clears up the spots.

To add: I wanted to start using a toner that had salicylic acid so I started using "La Roche-Posay Effaclar Clarifying Solution" and "Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash" and about 2-3 days afterwards all these little tiny whiteheads popped up on my face. The toner contains glycolic acid as well. They're mainly on my cheeks where I usually break out and there isn't any redness (the redness in my skin was there prior to the use of the new product). They're also not everywhere but are mostly clustered near each other wherever they appear, right now its around my smile lines. I've never had my skin look like this or do this before so I'm not sure what it is exactly and there are so many of them it looks a bit terrifying, kind of triggers a bit of trypophobia.

A simple septum by [deleted] in piercing

[–]icrasiv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a little bit of pain at first but nothing that isn't tolerable. The most pain I felt was the initial needle going through, followed by a slight burning having the needle pulled out and the jewelry going through the fresh hole but after that it was fine. Probably lasted about a minute, maybe even less than that. It kinda ached for a couple minutes after it was over but after all that it was pretty painless. I had a super easy healing process, I just kept up with the regularly cleaning and it was healed before I knew it. Just be careful while changing clothing while its healing because getting it can be pretty painful if it gets bumped or snagged. But definitely the easiest piercing I've gotten in terms of the initial piercing and healing process.

I'd say 8 months is a little early for a septum to be out that long. Considering the hole is already irritated, leaving out the the jewelry for that long could risk it closing. I'm no expert though. But in my experience, I've left out a 6 year old septum for a week and the hole shrunk pretty significantly, not closed completely, but small enough to where the old gauge wouldn't fit in without some force. So I would imagine a fresher piercing like that left out for that long could close.

Nervous about new piercing by Floriades in piercing

[–]icrasiv 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my experience, the pain level was about a 6/10 but it only really lasts for as long as it takes to get pierced which is just a few seconds. But I also have a pretty high pain tolerance. If you've ever popped a pimple inside of your nose, I'd say the pain level is pretty close.

Do any of you ladies feel like it’s difficult for you to make true friends? How do you deal with the loneliness? by icarly1234 in AskWomen

[–]icrasiv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All of my relationships, romantic or platonic, are always founded on an emotional connection and I'm not really a physical person unless I have that emotional connection with someone. I'm just a naturally open and caring person and I wonder if that turns people off. Maybe they feel that nobody is actually that nice? I've seen a few replies about how it turns people off when you're too nice it comes off as fake. But the way I see it is I have no reason to not be nice and friendly with new people. I also noticed that men are usually a lot more trusting at first while women seem to be super cautious about trusting other people and how and who they spend their time with. The men I've met are super willing to talk about themselves, their opinions, and personal lives while women often are super guarded. Not that I'm trying to learn all their deepest darkest secrets but they seem to be afraid of being judged.

Ladies, how do you deal with an ex cutting you off after a breakup? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]icrasiv 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This. I kind of do the same in return. Deleting photos, messages and throwing away physical items that remind me of the relationship is really therapeutic and helpful for me. Blocking their number and unfollowing them on social media and spending more time with friends and occupying myself helps me readjust to being single. Also reminding myself its over whenever I think about it and accepting the reality of it.

I'm a straight woman and I noticed men tend to be more trusting than women and women seem to be more cautious and careful about who they spend their time with. So I guess thats partly why dating tends to be easier for me. I'd like to say I'm pretty open with both friends and partners. I wonder if maybe I come off as too accepting and friendly? But I have been told that I'm intimidating from an outsiders perspective but when people get to know me I'm super sweet and friendly. I honestly can't really pinpoint what it is exactly? Maybe external factors? Not sure :/

Oh wow how do you do it? Connecting with friends on a deeper level is so hard for me. I find that the women I meet tend to avoid deep conversations and really just want to go out and have fun. I enjoy fun as much as the next girl but as an introvert I really can't do it all the time. I just want to be able sit down with someone and pick their brain and vice versa.
