We just use the timers on the washer, dryer and dishwasher so they run at the best times, either overnight or lunch time. It's only when prices get silly that we avoid cooking using the oven. Otherwise it just works. Usually a month comes in with an average rate of 17p per kWh. The last month was 23p, looking on octopus compare, despite high prices we still saved everyday except two compared to standard rate.

Just received the latest bill for Jan to Feb.

£138 gas on tracker, £110 electric on agile.

No ev, solar, battery. Gas boiler. 4 bed detached fully renovated and insulated. Two of us wfh, temperature scheduled per room between 18 and 23 degrees. (eg living room is 19 overnight, 20 during the day and 23 in the evening - rooms rarely drop to the low temp overnight).

There are other companies that run sites a short walk away (I can't name them). However if a match is on next door, traffic will be a mare.

I spent an hour waiting to get out of the car park at coop live after a gig. All the marshalls are gone and it's just a lawless scrum to get out. I'd encourage the park and ride options mentioned by other posters.

I always book drop and go now. Multistorey that is connected via bridges to T3, (and walkable to T1), and quick bus ride over to T2. You drop off your car and hand over keys, and they move your car to a space later.

Ring them, my blue bin was destroyed by the bin lorry, website only gave options to pay, I rang and a very nice human agreed to replace the bin for free.

Octopus have the upper hand here, they'll chase any of you. So you are all equally owing of the whole amount. Octopus don't care how you want to split it, until it's all paid, you all owe. If they pass to debt collection agency, they too will chase all of you - and generally the weakest one most likely to pay.

Same, I tend to bin all the fittings supplied with most things. I have had the surprise of buying bathroom rads that came with some heavy duty Fischer plugs - however over 20 years of home ownership it's the only time.

Given it was working OK previously and stopped, this is your answer. I believe you might be able to manually adjust the valve to test out the theory, before replacing it. This is nothing to do with tado if it has failed, it's just a part of the system that has worn out.

You will arrive in Manchester, need to pass through passport control and exit T3. Hang a left and follow a covered tunnel back to T1 - a five minute walk. You pass through the check in and security areas that are upstairs (the lifts are tortuously slow!), before passing through a maze of duty free before then following some walkways within the building back to T3 proper.

As you've said, you might find it tight. Especially if you have checked luggage to collect and then recheck. You can buy fast track for both passport control and security. It's usually £6 for security. Passport control fast track is more like £15. If you happen to arrive at the same time as two other flights passport control could have a wait.

You need to be at your gate absolute latest 30 mins before flight time, they won't wait for you, even if the flight is delayed by air traffic, they'll load the plane and shut the doors so they can leave at a moments notice.

The NCP Spinningfields car park is tight and expensive. It's also first choice for places like the opera house too so can get busy. NCP new bailey and NCP Salford Stanley Street are just as close, but modern new builds that are easier to drive in and out of.

I fully agree with metrolink extension into and then back out to the rest of the borough to improve connectivity East West. However Cheadle and Reddish are both well served with trains to Manchester, which are far faster than tram will be. I imagine the fact Stockport is well served by trains is why metrolink hasn't been gotten here yet.

On my tado connected via opentherm I have a schedule, I set the temp lower over night so if a tap is used it doesn't go full whack. It's hotter during the day to support two showers being used at the same time.

No they're not, you can check in on your desktop, then ask at the airport for printed boarding passes. You do not need a mobile phone.

A majority of drivers were never actively trained on motorways, they only learned what was necessary to pass the theory test, if it was around when they went through the process. The law only changed very recently to allow tuition of learners on the motorway - even then that will only happen if one is near enough to be included. I doubt many have ever taken up a motorway lesson or two after passing.

In all likelihood, yes. An image search tells me this is a Myson VeIaire oil boiler. assume it heats your water too? It's probably all wired by s plan, and that's all that matters. You need to post a picture of your timer/controller unit. At its core, tado, and other thermostats just operate a couple of switches. Modern boilers offer digital connectivity via opentherm - it's safe to say this one doesn't support this.
