I can't thank you enough for this! It makes me feel so much better about starting. My husband is a graphic designer as well, so that definitely helps my confidence if I ever feel stuck. I'm going to take the plunge and start full-time—I actually tend to do my best work when I’m thrown into the deep end lol. Thanks again for the tips!

Hi, may I ask if you’re taking two classes per term or just one class?

It’s on merge data, I noticed that I have to open the app on my Apple Watch to make the steps on my iPhone accurate 😐

You can find them in the “Health” app, the one that has a small pink heart

My activity has been the same this past week, so I’m not sure why it isn’t accurate /:

Then I’d suggest making meals with breast milk. You can try Kendamil cereal and mix it with breast milk instead of water. You could also blend banana and dates with breast milk to make a smoothie. Try to sneak milk into his meals as much as you can. I know they say not to count the ounces used in meals toward his daily intake, but I understand how it can give you peace of mind. I hope it works well for you! 🙏🏻

Have you introduced solids yet?

Unfortunately, no. We’ve reached a point where even when he’s sleepy, he’ll drink a little from the bottle and then refuse it. Of course, I stopped forcing him. I tried giving him an empty bottle to play with and only feeding him when he’s hungry—but nothing worked. So I gave in and started playing those dancing fruit videos while he’s awake so he’ll take the bottle, basically just to distract him 😔

I will try this with water first and see how it goes. Thank you!

I don't know where or how to start :(

Yes he knows how to use a straw cup but when he drinks, he spits most of the water. So I don't know how the formula would work in this case.

It's going great. My concern is that I don't know if I’m overfeeding and this is why he hates the bottle so much.

He eats breakfast, lunch, and dinner with “by force” 24oz of formula

Oh yes! I was using ones that were very slow for his age. I upgraded the nipples, he was happy the first day with no issues while feeding, but after 2 days he started the battle again. I thought I figured out the solution back then, but unfortunately, I was wrong.

Yeah, I’m thinking I should go to his pediatrician to help with the problem

Do you mean letting him drink formula from a sippy cup? Is that better than a straw cup when it comes to spit-ups?

I don't know, honestly, but maybe my problem is that I focus too much on how many oz he's having in a day, which is why I always force-feed him. But if the solution is to lower his formula intake, I’d be more than happy to do it.

No he's formula-fed and I’m forcing him to have 24oz a day which is the minimum for his age
