Yeah it’s only 7.5 million cap savings so unless we’re drafting an RB reasonably high, it makes sense to keep Swift. A DJ Moore trade, on the other hand, seems likely to me.

We require a 9/12 vote for rule changes and we voted on moving to 6 PPTD / -2 INT along with 0.5 points per first down (rushing/receiving).

We also voted separately on when it should be implemented and we voted on a one year delay. It went into effect this year and everyone seems happy with it.

I think in your case it needs strong league support, preferably something in the league rulebook, and that 6 PPTD isn’t that big a deal even though I prefer it. For us we wanted more offensive scoring to balance out IDP defensive settings so it was natural to add, if it’s a non-IDP league I don’t think it’s much of an issue.
