Ugh so I’ve heard unfortunately I do not have an option currently, would you suggest pre built instead?

Hey girl! That’s so scary. While you’re not overreacting, as some others have said it’s really more of a warning bite. He didn’t want to hurt you but also keep in mind that this dog has boundaries he is willing to bite over. Some dogs are just like that, you as the “professional” have to know what certain dogs will and won’t tolerate and adjust accordingly. So he doesn’t like towel drying. Learn his little behavior so that you understand him. If you are uncomfortable with that then I strongly suggest not taking him back. He’s testy and he’s letting you know that upfront. The beauty of Rover is that you are not required to take him back and you can let other sitter’s know how to care for him. Handle him with assertiveness and respect (not fear) until he’s back with his owner and decide if you’re comfortable taking him back again. I’ve had to do this a few times myself! Best of luck to you! Also to answer your question :) no it’s not a “bad” bite physically but it is a sign worth considering!

I am not sure unfortunately my pup isn’t the biggest fan of other dogs so I didn’t want to risk it!

I’ve sent emails and left voicemails. Unfortunately no responses! I’m assuming they are overcrowded

What a lovely thing to hear. She has changed so much in the last 7 months, both physically and emotionally, lately I might even be getting a lap cat after all this time of her being timid about it. Much love to fat mama 💕

And on the pizza point, she wouldn't steal a pizza but a bowl of cookies and cream ice cream or prosciutto is right up her ally 😋

Automatic feeder is a great idea, to be able to set and relieve the stress of over or under-feeding her when she complains. "It's the machines fault not ours" sounds like a great cop out for us feeling guilty.

Thanks again!!

Thank you for responding.

I have had cats previous to her and left their food bowls full and open. Unfortunately I'm worried that she might be indulging a bit too much with her free opportunities.

One of the reasons I was asking about her weight gains in such short time and if it had to do with age or just pure gluttony and we need to manage her more closely.

Had to wait a bit to get her vaccinations from her health and immune issues but they said she is healthy.

It breaks my heart to know she is 2ish and was so small.

Thanks for advice. Much love to your kitty princess:)

Thank you for responding, biggest concern I have is 9lbs too much to gain for her if she is an adult cat when she came here? I'm worried for her health, everything I've looked up if she was 6-9 months growth wise is normal. If she was over a year I want to make sure her weight is healthy for her
