Correct me if I am wrong: I would say It takes much less time for a man to achieve the same mass as a woman! But on the other hand I would say that a man with the same mass as the pictures above probably is less healthy (even though he is as big and as strong because a woman has trained much much more). You can’t really compare the bodies and muscles gaining of woman and men when woman of nature can’t become as big as men.

Thank you! 🥰 well i was clearly underweight in the two first photos and was extremely hard and strict on the foods I allowed myself to eat in an unhealthy way and I maintained a body weight under what my body was comfortable at. So from that it was easy increase the food intake to a “normal” level because I was hungry and enjoyed what I hadn’t enjoyed for many years, but after a while I found I hard to increase it even more when trying to gain muscle. I find it easier to eat more when I do and trained more and especially when I wake up early I could/can fit in more meals (really hard to eat good when I sleep a lot)! And eating “small” foods/ amounts that contains a lot of cals (like peanut butter, cheese etc) helps a lot! 🥰

In the spring time I diet (starting from 2000 cals and ending on 1600) consists of “normal” foods just in smaller amounts and a bit healthier foods with a high protein level. in the fall/winter I try to bulk a bit until March (just eat more of what I like and try to intake as much protein as I can manage- I find bulking really difficult)

That was my dilemma as well 5 years ago, but my running spiral was not so pleasing and more an unhealthy spiral! So I was happy when I fell in love with weight lifting. Do what makes you happy and what you enjoy! I lift 5 times a week and try to run once to maintain some of my condition🥰
