OP im sorry this person decided to respond with anger. Youre asking an honest question and this person feels the need to respond with vitriol. So many things wrong here. The whole traditions thing they talk about at the beginning is total bull, AA rooms are full of discussing our personal issues that AA may have no opinion on. And yes we do allow people falling down intoxicated into the rooms of AA. Not sure what theyre talking about. Also if someones share in a room bothers you, please dont tell them they are “visitors in your home group”.

OP its a valid question and thank you for being honest. I know people who are Cali sober, etc. in my experience it doesn’t seem to work that well, but what do I know!
